Why does BCTC charge every 4 weeks?
Our programming runs off 28 day cycle where the phases of the program progressively get more challenging to make sure you see reults and dont plateau. Your commitment to a program is paramount to the results you will get. Research shows that commiting to a minimum of 4 weeks is the best way to stick to a program and beyond.
What is “bone, wood & stone”?
Using a standardize performance baseline ensures that the collective can see results across the community. These tiers allow you to see how far you’ve progressed after putting in consistent effort.
Why only 3x a week?
Living in Bend, we embrace the active outdoor lifestyle. Having an outdoor hobby allows people to thrive and the gym should help them not hurt them. Our current program is 3x a week in the gym which allow you to do thrive in your pursuits outside of the gym and not overtrain or experience poor performance when it comes time to do your outdoor endeavor.

How can I stay in shape when im on the trail or out for travel?
If you find yourself on the road or in a season where you travel to warmer regions for a period of a time, join the “on the trail” program created by Base Camp Training Collective to maintain your baseline. This program allows you to return to BCTC feeling motivated and confident about enrolling into our next program series.
